Deep fried baby sardines "Mucco"

The deep fried baby sardines, are perticularly popular in Sicily and are now part of the traditions of our kitchen where, in spite of the ban on fishing during certain periods of the year, is always found.

This dish makes the best of the goodness and freshness of a dish of fish in fact these small fish in addition to flavor possess characteristic smell of the sea, what they say in these parts: "hannu 'u Sapuri ru seas" (they the flavor of the sea).
